LAYOUT

Entry level into the house is to the main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 are all at entry level also.

Downstairs (there is a safety gate at the top of the stairs) is a games room, and bedrooms 4 & 5 with a bathroom between them (dual access to the bathroom).

    The main living areas of the house (upstairs and downstairs) are heated/cooled by split system air conditioners. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms and a cosy wood fire in the lounge (ample firewood is stored in the carport). For those extra chilly winter nights, electric blankets are also fitted to all queen and double beds.
